 To claim your cash back, follow these simple steps:
- Purchase any product from the qualifying product list between 1st-31st May 2008. All claim forms and supporting documentation must be received within 30 days of the date of purchase. See terms and conditions for full details.
- Complete the claim form.
- Attach invoice to the claim form, with product(s) and purchase date(s) circled. Please send copies of your original invoices, Keeping the original for your records.
- Mail to: HP PC Savings Promotion, Outbound, Waterloo House, Riseley Business Park, Basingstoke Road, Riseley, Berkshire, RG7 1NW
- You will receive an email from pcsavings@out-bound.co.uk with your individual reference number and total claim amount, confirming the validity of your claim. If successful, your rebate payment will be sent within 30 days of your claim approval.
