Unless stated otherwise in the listing description, all products carry a full year's warranty.

Warranty claims on RTB (Return-To-Base) products should be directed to HP Marketplace (UK).

You will need to retain your receipt as proof of purchase. This may be required to validate any warranty claim.

HP Marketplace (UK) recommends that all customers backup their data on a regular basis. Please note that your data may be lost irretrievably during a warranty repair.
